Created by brother and sister team Krysti and Ryan, The Salon Success Intensive is a hands-on, three-day workshop designed to bridge the gap between beauty school and real-world salon success. With 15 years of experience navigating the beauty industry, Krysti and Ryan recognized a critical need for business and professional development among new hairstylists. This workshop equips young beauty professionals with the essential skills to thrive in a salon environment. This class will go over money management, building a book of business, the psychology behind the chair and much more. The three day workshop was designed for hairstylists, by hairstylists. This immersive training will provide students with the tools and confidence needed to excel in their careers from day one.
